NeuroMovement: Change Your Brain & Transform Your Life for the Better

These group Transformational Movement Lessons will awaken the natural ability of your nervous system for optimal functioning. Through increased awareness with gentle, slow movements, you expand your range of motion, improve your strength and posture, experience pain relief, greater physical comfort, mental clarity, sense of well-being and vitality. The classes are slow paced, enjoyable, and at times meditative. Anyone may join no matter what your current level of skill or physical limitation. Please bring a mat and towel. Chairs will be provided for those with mobility issues. Instructor Germaine Norberg completed her training as an Anat Baniel Method NeuroMovement practitioner with Anat Baniel.
