Registration Options
On-Line: Visit our secure On-Line Registration form. Enter your information in our safe and secure environment and pay with your credit card.
MAIL: Print out and fill in the printable form. Mail with payment by cheque or credit card to Creative Retirement Manitoba, 270 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B9. Cheques payable to Creative Retirement.
IN-PERSON: Registration hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, 270 Sherbrook St.
FAX: To 957-7839 with credit card payments only.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION: You must reserve your place for all courses, even free ones. First come-first serve.
Sorry, NO TELEPHONE REGISTRATIONS.
WITHDRAWALS: Refunds are subject to a $5.00 administrative fee . Withdrawal notification must be received five working days before the first class. No refunds will be issued after this period.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS
Membership gives reduced fees on most courses
Annual memberships are
$40 for individuals/$70 for couples.
Your membership is important. It not only indicates your interest, but it forms part of the necessary funding base needed to continue offering quality programming.
Members are eligible to vote at Creative Retirement Manitoba's Annual Meeting, reduced course fees and can serve on the Board and its committees.

The membership expiry date is shown on your Guide mail label "Membsrship Expires" the month and year (a year from the month in which you purchase it).
LIMITED MEANS: It is our policy to turn no one away from our programs because of inability to pay. If this is your situation, call for a reduction in fees.

Registration by Mail (or Fax if credit card payment) may be done at any time using the print-out form.
Confirmation will NOT be mailed back. Assume your registration is confirmed and the course will meet as scheduled. You will be contacted if there are any changes in your registration.
Creative Retirement reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient registration.
